Can I put my baby to bed in a sleepsuit that doesn't have feet?

This might be a ridiculous question but my baby got this really cute pj sleepsuit for Christmas and it doesn't have feet bit on it. He sleeps in a sleep sack at bed time will he be OK with out something on his feet? I read them wearing socks to bed isn't considered safe sleep because it's and extra thing for them to choke on if it makes its way out of hid sleep sack

Yes your LO should be fine. Make sure the room temp is appropriate for the tog sleeping bag you have and they should sleep fine.

I just put socks on. She’s never managed to get them off in Her sleep and I can’t see how they would move up the sleeping bag 🤷🏻‍♀️

My baby is a proper wriggler I wouldn't want to risk it 😂 @Naomi

Mine too! The sleeping bags are so tight though!

Depends on the temp of your room and the tog of the sleeping bag. My son just wears a long sleeve vest inside his 2.5tog bag, so he doesn't even have anything on his legs!

My lo has never worn socks in bed, he wears long sleeve pjs and a vest, his socks always just came off and the room and his sleep bag is warm! When he wakes up he’s never once had cold feet! Hope this helps 🥰

No I don’t but it’s upto you. I’ve put my boy to bed without socks and in his 2.5 tog and when I take him out his feet are always warm so that’s good enough for me 👍🏻

LO sleeps with a 2.5 tog sleeping bag, short sleeve vest and footless babygrow, no socks

We use footless sleepers on our little guy and a sleep sack and he's nice and cozy 🩵

If in and sack your baby won’t get to the socks x

Socks. Just find longest pair and pull them up nice and high over or under his sleep suit. He’s have to be David Blain to wriggle a sock off and all the way up and out of his sleep sack to his mouth.
