I’ve been told they sleep less just because they usually have less energy. Mine is a firecracker and super energetic haha! Just something to be aware of to make sure he is getting all his energy out as best a possible, this definitely happens when they start to move more like 4ish months!

I’m the opposite! 2 little boys and expecting my baby girl next month. Only thing I’ll recommend is having a nappy prepared to cover their penis while changing as you will get peed on - I started a running joke at home of a whiteboard above their change table with like “0 days since last peed on” 🤣 Also if you leave baby intact don’t retract the foreskin as pulling it down can cause damage, it’ll naturally retract by a certain age.

Or put a baby wipe over his penis. His first bath was after his weed all over himself

@Tasha mine has managed to pee on his hair but luckily miss his face entirely 🤣

Always point his Willy down when changing and be precautions when changing him 😂 get PPE 😂

If the willy is up when you take the nappy off wee is about to come so be quick 😅

Wipe their belly with a cold wipe before changing diaper, helps with the projectile peeing lol

I don’t know much about taking care of a girl but I have two boys. I don’t recall my first born ever peeing on me while doing diaper change but he has with his father and many times with great grandmother (my grandma). My second, I’d say a total of 2 times. Then other times is with his father and many times with great grandmother too. My advice when changing their diaper is getting everything ready otherwise, you’ll get peed on if taking too long. Then of course, point their willy down when changing. My first born is a sweetheart but also an a-hole. He’s not really cuddly though 😭 His little brother is 1 month old and he loves and adores him 🥺 Also, boys are wild. My first born is hyperactive and is stubborn as hell.

One thing I know for sure is you wipe front to back with a boy just like with a girl because boys can get infections around their willy if you don't wipe front to back. Another thing I also learned is that as they get older they will start exploring down there. My sons Dr said it's ok but to stop him if he start pulling hard or grabbing it so hard that it leaves a mark. My second has grabbed so hard he bruised it and I was like what in the worls

mine just doesnt stop & frankly makes me wanna climb the walls lol, but mine is so loving, gives me random cuddles n says “i love you mummy” randomly, and yes about what sharnee said, definitely cover that penis until they’re able to control the bladder, even in the bath because the water will be warm they’ll feel relaxed and will wee then to so just get a flannel and cover it over just incase, another thing, dont pull their foreskin back to try clean it because its severely painful for them and it could tear x

My husband had to cut down the tree in our backyard. Because my sons wouldn't stop jumping off of it. I have 3 boys

Make sure you triple check it’s pointing down as you change him, mine weed out his nappy constantly in the first few weeks and other mums told me to do this it works 😂x

Just change his diaper fast and you should be good i only he onky ever peed with diaper change the first couple month and he woukd pee on his face would get in his eye but if u change the diaper fast shoukd be good

My LO is 7 months old and I’ve only been peed on a handful of times so I wouldn’t worry about that as much. Big thing: You have to research circumcision and whether you want to do it or not. And then depending on what decision you make, make sure you know how to keep it clean because it differs.
