@Luna okay, any suggestions for what’s good? Hoping it’s working out for you because it’s so disheartening isn’t it :(
After a year , it’s best to reach out to your doctor. Usually they won’t do anything before a year but after, they’ll usually refer you to derm.
@Annivie is that in England?
I have heard using anti dandruff hair care products like shampoos and conditioners are actually super helpful for hair loss! From my moms dermatologist, I haven’t had any personal dermatologist appointments tho haha
Oil and massage the scalp a little bit more pressure than a massage. 15 mins twice a day
Jojoba badger hair oil has helped a lot! Make sure to drink plenty of water and take vitamins because that plays a huge role in hair loss as well. If you drink too much caffeine or don’t get enough protein that can make your hair fall worse. Scalp massage twice a day either with your fingers or a wooden tool will do wonders! Just make sure to do light pressure and don’t use anything that could damage the follicles & never fingernails. Hope this helps!
This is all super helpful thank you everyone! 💗
Aloe and black caster oil
I've also been having hair loss and I've been lightly oiling my hair and using masks to help strengthen my hair
