I had it with my 2nd baby, I started having sports massage and acupuncture and also going to yoga classes which really helped! X
Thanks both, that’s really helpful to know. I’ve started seeing an osteopath now so hopeful it will resolve in the next few weeks 🙏🏼
I feel you! I had awful PGP from 24 weeks and it’s still here although slowly getting better. I still can’t really walk properly though and day to day is still tricky. I’d definitely see if you can get a referral to a pelvic floor physio or failing that get yourself to an osteopath - I saw an osteopath weekly during my pregnancy and it really helped with the pain management x
