Anyone else's nipples being savaged by baby teeth?
Oh my god, I don't know how much more of this I can take! Since my 7mth old started getting teeth he's always given me the odd bite. But recently he's teething again and is really chomping down with his 2 bottom teeth! I take booby away and say No that hurts mummy. He has teething toys and paracetemol when it's bad. But boy my left nipple is so sore it feels like it's bleeding (it isnt) and when I put him on it im almost holding my breath dreading a potential bite. Anyone else still breastfeeding and fighting the biting?

I’m in a very similar situation. He’s got top 2 and bottom 2 teeth and it hurts so much! Makes me anxious anytime I’m feeding him :/
We have 7 teeth with an 8th on the way, we've been lucky that no and taking the boob away has worked well so far but it took a few weeks when he was last teething for him to understand, dreading this next tooth coming through
@Hannah He does a big smile and a cute little noise like he knows exactly what he's done and is trying to be cute 😂
I've heard that medela nipple shields can be useful for this phase to save the nips but haven't tried yet..the anticipation is often worse than actual bite for me 😭
