Peppermint tea helps too!
@Mya thank you! I saw on the package It said consult with Dr if pregnant or breastfeeding so i got nervous But i am drinking ginger lemon tea rn i didn’t see anything on the box about consulting
@Meis thank you!!! I found some ginger lemon tea in the cabinet I will ask my partner to pick up just regular ginger tea
Yeah, it's always something to make sure that there aren't any other ingredients! I know at least with breastfeeding it can dry up your milk, but my doctor recommended it before otherwise 😊
I found the following helps my nausea 2nd time around for me -flavored Seltzer water when I wake up only, settles my tummy immediately with saltine/ plain crackers to nibble -sometimes pretzels help me -vitamin B12 helps majorly! & if you're still struggling your Dr can prescribe anti nausea meds For tea you can do a caffeine tea 1x daily if this helps you, then just balance that tea you had with water & juice/ electrolytes
Really it's whatever helps you, I do suggest a lighter color tea like green tea but it's tricky bc it's whatever will help your body not mine 😉❤️ & I personally drink a 5oz cup of warm coffee daily after my bubbly flavored water (newer studies also show on seltzer water that it may not offer all the nutritional benefits but it does hault nausea!!)
Might I add I had EXTREME nausea with this baby & once I talked to my nurse over the phone & wrote all her great advice down, I found what worked for me & don't need anti nausea meds, you can also try peppermint behind your ears / on your temple / sniff it all morning long 🤣❤️ after my coffee I pop a spearmint gum & it haults all the nausea! I was throwing up from 5am to 10am before lol
I agree with @Mya peppermint tea is AMAZING!! Instantly seems to help me
Ginger tea. :)
