I wouldn’t 😂 If he hasn’t actively been going I wouldn’t waste my effort. My child has been activity going potty for over a week and we still used diapers on outings.
That’s a great start indeed! I would bring it to continue to encourage him 🙃
@Alyssa I just have the insert that goes on the toilet. It won’t take up any room at all. I have a large suitcase that I pack mine and my husband’s and our little guy’s stuff in. It’s lightweight and easy to roll too. Best purchase we’ve made over the summer. Thank you for your feedback!
@Katherine it’s not wasted effort. It’s progress in the right direction imo. Thanks for your feedback!
We always traveled with ours to keep up with the training. Eventually we got a foldable one that packs up small for when we go to the park and other outings. It fits on the toilet. Just be aware that some of the public restrooms that have automatic flushing might scare your LO at first.
@Sarah he was afraid of them when he was little. He seems to tolerate them a bit more now. Thank you!
I would put him on whatever potty is available while I’m there. A regular toilet. If he was actually going maybe I would think about bringing the other one but this is more for fun than anything. Also you can put just a potty seat you put in the big potty to prevent falling in. Go for that.
You definitely could if you have the room. We are potty training right now and I just got a portable seat for the big toilet for traveling
