Boob to bottle

Following bc mine is 7 months LOL

Can someone else try while you're not in the room? And do it when she's due a feed? Mine refused it from 12wo until he was 19wo (he's now 20wo).

@Samantha How have u found it going that long? I’d like to be able to do things like getting my lashes or hair done without worrying my baby is crying with my partner/my parents? I feel so guilty for doing things for myself so tend to not do them

@Libby My partner tried when I was out of the house but she would just spit it back out🥲

Start feeding baby on the boob after a few minutes or when they unlatch, put the bottle in their mouth. Next time they should just take the bottle.

Its harder as they get older. Everything i saw said start them early with a bottle a day so baby can learn. But also the type of bottle can make a big difference because if the flow. Some bottles have a fast flow compared to the boob

@Travaughn I was told to wait 6 weeks/until breastfeeding was established but we were having latching issues so waited a bit longer, but i’m regretting not introducing them earlier now🥲😂 I’ve tried bottles with a slow flow teat (different shaped teats too) but she gags or pushes it out of her mouth

Ummm yea latch problems does make it harder. My son is 6weeks and still doesn’t latch right off the bat . It takes him a min to get ahold of it

Well I posted my comment and my son totally refused his bottle tonight! So hopefully he's not going backwards

Which bottles are you using? I have a couple bottle recommendations i can give
