I didn’t have breakfast either- I would drink a protein shake or a smoothie so I didn’t get low blood sugar but my first real meal wasn’t until like 1pm (earlier if I got hungry for it)
I hate eating breakfast usually. My dietician just told me the other day as long as I get two meals it’s ok
@Kidy May I ask which protein shake do you take?
@Priya I would make a fruit smoothie and add a protein powder, my go to is banana strawberry peanut butter with protein powder or, chocolate protein powder with banana and peanut butter.. if it doesn’t taste good I won’t drink it and it’s like a dessert! 😅 You can buy them too, I like the fairlife chocolate protein shakes

I don't eat breakfast either n didn't plan to start in my pregnancy but at about 17 weeks I started throwing up if I didn't so I didn't have much of a choice. As long as u eat when ur hungry n eat enough through out the day n eat health enough it won't affect ur baby. However further along u get u might fight urself needing a quick slice of toast or something just to give u done energy x
