Second time mums

This will be my second baby and for whatever reason since being pregnant, sometimes when I sneeze or cough, I wee a little bit. This never happened before I was pregnant so it’s not an issue from my previous pregnancy. Anyone else experiencing this? I consider my pelvic floor to be pretty good and the midwives on my first birth actually commented on how strong it was so I don’t know what’s going on 😅
