Contraction timer
Hey!
There are a few different contraction timers. Does anyone recommend a specific one? And what’s the difference between them all?
Most you need to pay so I want to buy one that’s most recommended.

I have Freya its only 5£ and its very calming and helps to do hypnobirthing breathing too 👍🏻👌🏻
I've used the free one on baby centre for both my previous babies!

There's one on an app called baby centre, it's a free app. Just go on it then go to tools x
