Baby boy

Has anyone complained or went down the PALS route? What has been peoples experiences if so? I’ve had a really traumatic experience in regard to secondary haemorrhage, retained placenta and hypovolemic shock. Full moon baby at 38 weeks

I started having contraction at 6am on the 11th but thought nothing of it then I lost my mucus plug and still though it could be false labor. Tooth pain
