Hospital PTSD?
I had to go to the hospital today for unrelated reasons, since having a baby.
When I walked through the doors and passed the maternity ward, I was literally filled with anxiety and felt like I was having a panic attack.
My birth wasn’t traumatic, it just didn’t go as planned - but I felt absolutely distraught walking into the hospital 💀

I had to attend appointments at the same hospital I delivered in. My appointments were the floor beneath maternity triage and transitional care ward on entering the car park I could see which floors and which rooms I stayed in on all my admissions I feel you 😞 oh and using the same lifts 🫠 x
