He may be a little too young yet. Can always give it ago but he may not have that understanding of it all just yet xx

How old is he? We started my little girl on new years day (shes 2 and half) and done bare bottom for couple days, she only had one accident on day 1 so was more than ready. Then we did leggings (no knickers) for couple days, then introduced knickers as her nursery required them. Shes done amazing, were having a few issues with number 2s 💩 but its getting better. The first few days we stayed in the whole day and focussed purely on potty training, prompting every 30mins or so. She soon got hang of it. She now just goes on her own when she needs to. We did want her to do toilet straight away but she took to the potty more but will go on toilets at others peoples. Sorry very long reply. Good luck :) x
