@Sophie yes I spoke to physio and do pelvic floor at home in sqeezy app for 2 months but nothing improved and today I feel the lump
I've had POP since having my first, and it got worse after having my second. It was uncomfortable for a few months PP, but now it doesn't really affect anything - I just feel it sometimes when I wipe. I did meet with a surgeon and she said it's possible the surgery wouldn't work and recommended i just live with it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Urine leaking PP is very common because of the strain the pelvic muscles go through during pregnancy/birth (if you delivered that way). It is worth speaking to the pelvic physio (health visitor should be able to signpost you to whatever is available in your area). Feeling a lump is still worth speaking to the GP, although it's not necessarily a uterine prolapse. Bear in mind 2months PP is still early days in terms of your body's recovery! If it is a prolapse, don't feel too disheartened! Symptoms can improve with good physio. Or you might need a pessary ring fitted by a nurse. There are many options to try prior to surgery.
