Definitely pregnancy pillow for support. You could go see your doctor and get referred for physio
I self reffered to NHS physio but I couldn't wait so saw an ostheopath. I now have insoles. I sleep side ways already since 11 weeks with a pillow between my legs on a firmer mattress. I started swimming minimum once a month and this evening is my first group pilates class!
