Naps

In their cot in his room. And I’m putting him in his sleep sack x

I’ve just recently stopped contact naps. Started with placing him on the couch and now just upgraded to his cot 🤣🤣 I put his sleeping bag on him like I would for bed xx

I imitate night time so in his cot with sleep sack 🙂 if we're out car seat or buggy

Also imitating bedtime, she's in her cot with fresh nappy, sleep sack, lights off and white noise ☺️ If we are out and about and she needs to sleep then I stick her in the carrier or buggy

Cot with dark room like at night. No sleeping sack, thats just for nighttime, so hopefully he knows its just a nap.
