CBT was a big help to me but honestly having that mindset of “I’m going to beat those” is the best first step!! I’m sure you’ll do great mama

Agree with cbt! Also try to keep active (not always easy with a baby!) Daily exercise can really help! And something that helped me a lot was a gratitude journal, I tried to write down 3 things that made me smile or laugh or just happy that day ☺️

Yes!! Even just a short walk for 10 minutes helps so much!

Force yourself to go out for a few minutes each day or couple days a week. At the end of the day before bed I like to recap my day and tell myself 3 things that went well, 3 things I learned and 3 things I’m grateful for. It really helps to change your mindset and focus on the positive aspects of your day than what went wrong. Even if it’s something small like “I got to have a nice hot shower”. You got this mama! ❤️
