When did your pain / contractions hurt??

Gradual for me , had a 3 day labour but once water broke it definitely ramped up xx

Just to add in the weirdo: I didn’t feel anything. Was put on a monitor and told I was having contractions 2 minutes apart.

Gradual. I go in to hospital when I can’t stand the pain, like I feel like I need the gas and air to get me by the last couple of hrs. 24hr, 8hr and 27hr all gradual- my waters never break it always breaks right before head emerges or they break it for me. I’ve never had my waters broken spontaneous at home. When I go in I’m already 7-8cm and only hrs to go before I need to push, I labour at home for 3/4 of the labour, I do have a high pain tolerance I mean I re-pierced my tongue 3* myself when it half closed up 😂

Gradual with my first, very sudden with my second but that’s probably down to them breaking my waters

I had no pain until about 8CM however then my labor like.. went from 0 to 100.. bc I was sleeping & last they checked I was 3CM lol I have endometriosis, so my uterus pain tolerance is top tier lol. I tried natural until I woke at 8cm SWEATING SAC & groaning!! I took the epidural in that moment & 5 hours later we delivered her lol

I remember the nurses asking me if I felt my contractions.. I didn't. I didn't feel them until 6CM dilated but even that was a 3-4 pain scale that was STILL NOT comparable to my periods! Yeaaaah bro lol

I didn’t have any more pain other than the usual during the final days of pregnancy and before labour starts I woke up at 4:30 am to go for a wee, as soon as I stepped off the bed my water broke. We got ready and drove over to hospital (20 minutes drive) and I got my first contraction - like period or IBS cramps in the car. I had about 4 - 5 of these in the first hour in hospital where they told me I’m only 1-2 cm dilated but need to stay there to be monitored due to other health reasons. By 7 am I was having a 2 minute apart contractions and at a 7 with my pain - by 10 am I was 8 cm dilated and dreading the next contraction. By 12 pm I was DONE with everything in life and at a good 11 pain wise 😂

1-10 in an hour lol
