Pain

So for a week now I’ve had pain that if something touches my belly even pants it stings like nettles, some times I feel a sharp pain if I move or anything! Tonight I’ve started to feel pain on my right side above my hip. Has any experienced anything like this

I had that same pain on the right side, I was told it was because that's where they pulled/ripped to get baby out

How many months pp are you? I've been dealing with this since I was 3 months pp. I'm currently 4 months pp. I did also have quite a bit of pain at about a month pp due to a pocket of fluid beneath my incision. My OB suggestion lidocaine patches or lidocaine cream. With the pocket of fluid, I had gone to the er due to the pain and they prescribed me extra strength lidocaine patches and that helped a bit. If this is a new pain and pretty severe, I would recommend reaching out to your doctor to see if they want you to be examined or if they have other suggestions.

@Reece My pain was mostly on my right side as well. Depending on how they stitched you up after. They may have put an extra stitch or stronger stitch on that side. Like an anchor. That's what I was told when my pain started.

@Lianna I was actually glued so I didn't have pain from stitches
