Due Date Baby - FTM Birth Story

Presley Alora Pollard January 18th 2025 22:44 7lb 1oz 19.5in Was 1cm on January 15th, got a sweep, slowly started losing mucus plug. Had sex Friday early morning and lost other half. I woke up crampy at like 2pm Friday. Went out for the day which helped distract. Started counting contractions at midnight and they were 3 minutes apart 40sec long. Decided to go into hospital to see how dilated was since I’d been experiencing these exact contractions before and was prodromal for weeks. Got to hospital 5am. They said I was 3cm. Labored slowly due to my pelvis being tilted and her not fully engaging. Walked/squat/ball to move pelvis worked more and was a 4cm at 11am. Got epidural around 11:30-12pm. Loose 5cm at 2pm when they broke my water. Got small amount of Pitocin at 5pm 2/20. 7:50pm was 7.5cm. 9pm was 10cm no cervix. Pushed for exactly 1 hour and she was born 10:44pm. My husband and I could not be more in love and obsessed with our little girl 💜
