This is was me a couple of months back, I’m not yet fully recovered but I’m better. Listen mama you have to choose yourself first. I know being a mum might seem like an endless tunnel of being constantly needed by someone or people who are helpless; coupled with being BAME wife but pick you first. I always say it, give your baby to your partner or a family member who’s willing, if you can afford childcare take them to nursery/childminder. Go out by yourself/friends regain your sanity by doing what you used to enjoy. If you’re unhappy with your weight I was exactly the same putting 10kg since childbirth mama I used a natural cheap ‘ozempic’ (I can help with that if you’re interested). But if you can do 16/18 hour fast everyday you’re good to lose weight trust me. Get a chemical peel or microneedling to see astonishing results for your skin. Get your VitD up cos the weather be making us depressed. Don’t make being a mother your first identity you will lose yourself doing that. Xx
