I must say I am the same. 2 month PP, 2nd degree episiotomy and feels like a key hole. You're not alone. And no sex drive
I had this with my first born. Ended up waiting about 12weeks because I was nervous and just wanted to sleep in my spare time haha. I just had a chat with my husband before hand about being nervous and making sure my body was really prepared for him 😂. We took it slow and communicated throughout. Yes it was uncomfortable as he first entered but slow movements and my body quickly adapted back. And it was fine after that. Just listen to your body and communicate with your partner.
I had a double tear, 1st and 3rd degree! I'd suggest not rushing it, and if you want to try, get orgasm first to relax yourself, and give penetration a try with lube, since you can be dry down there! it's scary but if it's uncomfortable don't force yourself. I am 11weeks pp, only tried 3 times, and only the last one was finally bearable, I needed to be super relaxed though...the first two were painful and I stopped straight away
Ngl I had sex 2 weeks PP with an episiotomy it does feel weird and tight but plenty of lube and take it really slow, if it hurts stop x
Thank you so much for all your advice! It’s good to know this is more common than what I thought! I had a chat with my husband and he definitely understands taking thinks really really slowly, so will go from there with no pressure! Sex drive is also very low at the moment so will take it when my body feels ready
I'm honestly feeling the same. I'm 2 months PP to and feel the same down below. I think just be kind and patient with yourself and take things slow and easy! No rush! 🙂
