@sarah thank you i have been struggling with that and just get overwhelmed and don't know where to start
I do my skin care when my little one is sleeping . I make it a point to my husband that I need me time so once a month I get my lashes done after he’s off work, I get to lay there and decompress for an hour, once the new baby is here I’m definitely going to try to keep that up for ME because during Covid and PP I lost myself the first time. I’ve also told him I think it’s important we have solo daughter dates with her atleast once a month so my hope is I’ll stay home with baby while he takes her out and vice versa and as they get older we can just split up on the same night/day with one kid each
Going to the gym!! My favorite part is reading in my kindle at 15 inclined at 2 mph you burn so many calories and get to enjoy your book ❤️
I work so during my break I might do yoga. Or late at night once they go to bed. It really helps me to clear my mind.
self care whilst they sleep one on one time i tke one of mine out when hubby home n alternate so all get attention it depens on kids ages tho mine r 11 n 10 n 6 yr old x
