Hi, am I correct in thinking that if my little boy doesn’t turn 9 months til may that we aren’t eligible for any free child care until the September? People keep telling me we are eligible for the 15 as soon as he turns 9 months in may and we get the 30 hours in September but I don’t think that is right?

my daughter turns 3 end of January. will she be eligible for funding for 15 hours or 30 hours per week if i’m not working nor on Universal credit. also when would they take her? the following term or as soon as she turns 3?
