Cramps after sex
Has anyone else experienced slight cramping after sex? It’s around where I feel round ligament pain, just haven’t experienced this until now. It didn’t last long and wasn’t too painful, just ever so slightly crampy and despite knowing it’s safe to have sex when pregnant it freaked me out a bit!

I did earlier on in pregnancy but don’t get it anymore x

My midwife said it was safe for my partner and I to have intercourse currently but it can change and if you feel uncomfortable or there’s any pain then stop. The biggest thing I was told is if there’s any bleeding you should be checked out and avoid doing anything further. I have experienced more sensitivity so we tend to be very gentle but no cramps. Personally I’d ask the midwife just as precaution but if there’s no bleeding and it’s only happened once it could be coincidence ❤️ Sorry this might not be helpful 😓
