Hey were you able to see a pelvic physio for a ‘mummy mot’? Could be helpful, if it’s a prolapse like the above commenter has said. Pelvic physios also exist in the NHS but from my experience, it was a long wait, and they just didn’t show to the appointment in the end. No reschedule

I had something that sounds a bit like this I think. It was where the stitches had over healed and formed an excess small flap of skin which was getting irritated and sore. I was given some steroid cream for a different issue in the same area and the bit kinda fell off (sorry so gross 🙈) my doctor said they were making a referral to gynecology for me but I don't think they ever actually did but also it's mostly okay down there now 🤷🏼‍♀️ xx

Have a read into bartholin cyst if this is similar to what you are describing - I had this towards the end of my first pregnancy - they left it and said it would go on its own and TMI but it burst a few days later (super gross) but then was gone after.
