I booked the wrong day for soft play and only realised when I got to the place, which was awkward. I got a McDonald's and ended up with 4 coffees rather than 1, I also was sat down waiting for my order in the shop, didn't arrive for 30 mins and realized I had it set to deliver to car. Forgetting my sandwich in a meal deal from Tesco, which is the main bloody item. There are more examples lately. My mind is just not with me, genuinely feels like I've lost my mind. 😢
I am in the same position. Lost my babies a few weeks ago and I dread going back to work. I just feel like a whole part of me is missing and I get so tired after doing the littlest of things.
@Rhiannon I know how you feel, exactly the same here. I just can't quite function still, luckily work is pretty understanding but makes me feel a bit useless. I hope you feel a bit more strength soon, take a day at a time 🫶
Was in the same situation with my first miscarriage took 3 weeks off and I was constantly sleeping and exhausted all the time, but I had to get back to “normal” and get back in to routine for my mental health sake. It’s initially hard at first you feel like you don’t want to go back but once you do it for few days you’ll get back in to routine and get your mind off things.
Doing absolutely bizarre things almost like I have "baby brain" but without the baby which is upsetting.
