@Caley my first pregnancy i was never this nauseous it would go away after eating. This pregnancy its like i cant eat anything w/o either being nauseous or vomiting it out. I’m buying unisom and b6 later tomorrow I’ll try gatorade too. Thank you! Ive tried ginger ale, sea bands, preggie pops. Those have not helped
@Hannah ugh I’m so sorry! It’s really terrible and mentally exhausting! Preggy pops made me more nauseous 😂 and I think seabands are a scam ahah ginger ale is great though!! I forgot that one. If you’re struggling to keep food down try eating some plain apple sauce before your meal. That used to help me on days where I couldn’t eat!
My memory is being jogged 😂 I always had protein shakes and Ensures around for the times I threw up my meal and needed something else!
It’s so bad, one of the nurses during my last pregnancy said to try this and I found it very helpful. take a 32 oz cup of ice and mix in half gatorade and half clear pop. Crush up two Dramamine and mix that in the drink. You sip on this every 5-10 minutes and it will help give you fluid, electrolytes and will help settle your stomach. (Sorry if the wording sounds weird I copied and pasted from my messages with the nurses.
Nausea yes all day almost everyday but no vomiting I get to the toilet and my body's like psych! It's pretty fun times lol. I have been eating sour patch kids to help with the nausea. I know it sounds weird but some days they are basically all I can eat.
Sounds weird but milkshakes or chocolate cereal, coco pops etc always work for me. I’m in Scotland but I’m sure they have a version of coco pops in America….they are my go to! Has been the same my last two pregnancies too, always works for me but milk can be a risky one I guess lol! Other than that I’m living on any form of bread at the minute. Hoping it gets better soon 🤢
Ditto to a Reglan prescription!
So far I haven’t with this pregnancy, but with my daughter I was extremely nauseous and threw up my entire pregnancy 🙃 the things that helped me were prescription Reglan, sipping things like Gatorade throughout the day, taking unisom every night, chewing fruity gum, fresh air - I always had the windows open and tried to be outside as much as possible. Eating small meals frequently instead of large meals.
