Hot bath’s,massage,walks,’stretching!! and something for pain like Tylenol regular or extra strength if none of that works it only gets worse I’ll be 32 weeks this Sunday and I’ve had this since I was 18 weeks
I have exactly the same pain. Had it also for my first child. A pregnancy belt could help, also exercising
I'm 26 weeks tomorrow and the pelvic pain is rough 😩 i had super bad spd with my last baby. Things that help me so far is belly taping with k tape, chiropractor adjustments, and pelvic floor stretches. I need a buy a yoga ball, that helped me last time too
