Put October, then people can be surprised when it arrives earlier and people won’t be asking “you had the baby yet” It is strictly due in October so you’re not lying and there’s no guarantee of your section date until it’s booked!
I would put Sept as that’s when you’re having the baby (if that’s confirmed). Otherwise you can be more elusive and just say in the early Autumn
I'd say October, for the same reason as Emma. I told people August as I was due 24th aug, then I went 12 days overdue and it was so annoying getting questioned every few hours 🤣
My babies were technically due Jan 2nd, but I had an induction scheduled for December 19th, so I put December in the announcement… and they ended up being born in November. In your situation, I think Emma and Katie make good points for putting October.
Probably September because that’s when you’re going to have the baby
