Honestly just moving more will help! I wouldn’t go for a drastic calorie cut as you need the extra calories bc your body is using like 20-25% capacity to make the milk! I’d just try to move around more and be a bit more manful about what I’m eating, but not restrict myself!

I find If you stress then that will affect supply. Just make sure you aren’t restricting your diet too much to lose the weight. I was back to pre-pregnancy size and lost some probably within two months. It happened fast. I started with post partum Pilates as soon as I felt up for it
I honestly wouldn't worry about loosing weight till after you're finished breast feeding. Some people loose weight while breast feeding others gain weight. I've eaten litrally eaten soooo much McDonald's and lost 4 stone.
It’s different for everyone BUT I was able to lose 70 lbs by the time I was 6 months PP while breastfeeding with no dip in supply. I ate plenty of meals and snacks and definitely didn’t restrict. I made a lot of healthy swaps. I cook entirely from scratch and just literally did not eat out. Anytime I wanted a snack I either had veggies or fruit, a small portion of oatmeal or a couple oat balls if I was feeling carby, and LOTS of protein. I didn’t do anything besides the occasional nap time Pilates but I was rarely not nap trapped 😅 I walk everywhere which I have to assume is how I lost the bulk of it. Like at least 2 miles a day!
I could not lose weight while breastfeeding.. they say it’s easier, but I call bull**** lol I stopped breastfeeding when my son was 13 months and dropped 30lbs in the three months following that without changing anything else.
