Help

Look up wonder weeks- she’s in a leap… my baby did the same thing a few days later week- then the last few night a back to 11’hours- when they are going through a leap they want more food too sometimes

Yup mine turned 12 weeks last Thursday. She doesn’t always sleep 100% through the night-mine has a bedtime of 8-9 tho- and always makes it to at least 4- sometimes I have to put paci in- some nights nothing at all and she has a consistent wake time of 6:30/45 . A lot of people’s babies do not make it this far Tho- mine can do a solid ten hours it seems like yours taps out at around 8… but even then 8 is still good… so we should Both be blessed they are doing this well by 3 months- mine started to be able to around 2. We have also been doing wake to feed since day one though, monitor wake Windows and don’t let her nap longer than 2 hours, along with making sure she gets all calories in during the day. Lately breaking out of her swaddles wakes her.. so transitioned her to sleep sack

@Lauren yeah I do a late bedtime cos usually when her last bottle is, she now wakes at like 3 like this morning and would not go back down when normally she would.. she’s still 2 hourly feeding on demand too during the day! Never naps for long during the days either and does tend to have a lot of feeding during the day! Yeah she keeps breaking out of swaddling to find her hands and then that’s it just crying.. you think a sleep sack will help? I feel her hands are what keeps her awake etc

Yeah.. we never did and don’t do on demand- if we do it’s rare… and it’s usually towards the end of the day when she might want more a half hour earlier or so…. Honestly to me your issue sounds like more Like lack of wake window / Food issue- mine will have a few 1.5-2 hour naps and then a few shorter ones.. but again I’ve had her on a schedule since day one of being born- I don’t do on demand. She’s probably breaking our but waking up enough to realize she’s hungry- we use the halo sleep sack so it’s a swaddle but as of recent we just wrap it around her tummy and leave arms out

@Lauren because my girl was born so small I’ve always been told to do demand feeding, literally 2/3 hourly during the day. She struggles to get to sleep for a Nap during the day like shel fight it and when she falls asleep it’s in my arms … and not for long tbh. She has 4oz a time aswell throughout the days for feeding
