Pillows

When can a baby have a pillow? My daughter’s 14 months and every time she lays down she tries to lay herself to where she’s elevated. Shes also obsessed with playing with them. She still sleeps in her crib right next to me and my fiancé but I’m scared she’ll hurt herself

After one.

General rule is blankets at 1 and pillows at 2, but nothing added to a crib regardless of age.

My pediatrician told us no blankets or pillows until 2 year old. I’m in the US though!!

My 16 month old has had a pillow & duvet in his cot for the last 2 months. My oldest is 5 years old & had a pillow & duvet since 14 months old too

My baby uses a pillow and blanket and has used it for a bit he can move it on and off himself and he throws them out when he doesn’t wanna use them he’s 13 months old I’m also in the US I never heard the no pillow or blanket until 2 though personally I only got told this when he was basically immobile and it could cause suffocation and also the “pillow” he uses is a squish mellow it has a circular form super soft and not huge it’s literally the size of his tiny head

I just got my son a toddler pillow at 2 and he never uses it/doesn't seem interested. Same with blankets 🤷
