Thinking about doing it but don't know how to approach it. Far too much contradicting info online and too many so called sleep specialists would have your head pickled 😑

Yeah, we started on Wednesday with EBF baby and it worked a treat. He now only wakes once or twice a night (used to be four) for feeds and goes down for all his sleeps on his own. We chose to do cry it out. We did Ferber with our first and it took longer and many more tears. For sleep training I would look at your baby's temperament and how much crying you can handle. I'd prepare myself for tears regardless (those who say no tears are lying) of which method you use and find somewhere you can't hear them and leave your partner/support to keep an eye on the monitor

Starting on Friday. We had a dream baby until 4 month Sleep regression (she was great with both naps and daytime sleep) she now struggles to connect her cycles so is awake every 1.5 to 2 hours overnight and won't be put back down so often ends up in bed with us which disrupts our sleep even more

i’d say before you do anything just do your research. 3/4 months is still so young, and everything they’re doing at this stage is completely normal.

Do what's right for you and your family. I feel because it's a controversial subject people are quick to put you off and make comments that might make you question what's right for you. But remember, they don't live your life, they don't experience what you do, they may feel they have similar sleepless nights or disrupted sleep. But in reality, your experience is niche to you. It can be damn hard and hard to see the light. There are many good experiences with sleep training, and they don't all expect you to let your baby CIA. Your health and mental health absolutely matter, and sleep deprivation is no joke! You need to be the best you can for your bubba! There are gentler ways to help baby sleep more independently. Msg me if you need to and be kind to yourself x
