Mines took about 6months to go back to normal I found doing a hair mask once a week really helped x

I'm 5m pp and I'm just starting to see the receding hairline grow back but I still have clumps of hair when it's wash day :( I'm like you just taking postnatals but I did start incorporating more nuts in my diet for magnesium don't know if that's the reason but the hair loss is getting better but slowly

I'm taking vitamins and using a hair grow serum and hoping for the best

@Sim maybe I should try that too. I had some magnesium pills but ran out and keeping up on buying all these vitamins and supplements is getting pricey

@Steph which hair growth serum?

@Arielle why do we have to go through so much as moms 😭

I’m taking the Mary Ruth multi with lustriva! I take it every other day in addition to my postnatal. I also wear a satin bonnet at night.

4 months post partum and dealing with the same!! I work at a derm / hair specialty office and they always recommend minoxidil (but not if you have animals specifically cats) OR rogaine / nutrafol (which is over the counter) for hair loss, im going to start i think nutrafol soon!

I started nutrafol! Hard to say how it’s working so far but I’m hopeful! And also on a postnatal.

@Selena vegamour. But I've used the ordinary hair serum before and I've seen results with both. I just still had some of the vegamour

Batana oil 🥰

I take biotin, cross my fingers it won't get worse and walk around the house with a lint roller. 😞
