Hey girl!!! I felt this way , especially for the first 6 months postpartum. Couldn’t engage in intellectual conversations, grasp certain topics, had trouble articulating myself properly. Postpartum brain fog is so real. I’ve read that replenishing lost nutrients and minerals from pregnancy is vital to restoring your mind and body postpartum. Take a good multivitamin, trace minerals, probiotic, hydrate, feed yourself well, and try to prioritize sleep when you can. You will come around!
Have you had your thyroid levels checked?

@Rachel thank you! It’s been almost 3 years now. I will try to be persistent the things you mentioned. I haven’t been in a stable environment so that may play a part. My mind is constantly running but in a nut shell feel like

Girl I feel this so bad, but also remember how much you got on your plate and what stage in life you are I can’t even think sometimes just standing there feeling stupid for a minute before I gather myself and regroup

Take iodine supplements or make it a regular habit to snack on seaweed. It helps a lot with brain fog :)
