Morning sickness

I am seven weeks pregnant and I have had morning sickness for the past 2 1/2 weeks that last all day. I don’t recall having this intensity with our daughter. So I’m wondering if I’m carrying a boy. Thoughts? Twins also running my family. I really just don’t want to eat anything. Everything makes me nauseous even smelling things makes me nauseous. Do you think that I could be carrying a boy or carrying a girl since I am so sick to my stomach all the time?

I had the most TERRIBLE morning sickness with my daughter. I’m pregnant with our second with little to no morning sickness so I think I’m carrying a boy 😂 hormones are just different:)

I had it both with my girl and now my boy my GP was able to prescribe cyclizine with this pregnancy and thought it did not fully get rid of it it made such a positive difference!!
