Push present ideas?

I’ve told my husband I want a ‘push present’ despite whether I give birth vaginally or have a c-section and he’s totally on board with it and going with the flow which I love- any ideas, I’m thinking designer bag, but i keep changing my mind 😅👜🎁🏝️💍🧁

I’m getting a gold band ring with baby’s dob and initials engraved inside that I can wear on my wedding ring/engagement ring stack

My husband did this for me for my first without me knowing he got me a Ruby and Oscar heart pendant with our sons birthstone eh uh was beautiful as I didn’t expect it 🥹 I’ve asked for the same again! X

I’ve already got a necklace with my sons name on, my push present this time will be out next sons name to add to it. It’s Otiumberg which is a really nice London brand
