Any argument, even when there’s no yelling / screaming, I can’t handle it. Like I feel like extreme emotional pain from arguments. I feel like I’m dying when I have any argument no matter how big or small. I’m starting to realize it’s not normal and I think it’s because of ptsd from childhood.
You could be an empath. But it also could be ptsd. I recommended talking to a therapist if you can. I know it probably sucks feeling that way.
