It’s called traction alopecia, it’s really common when wearing your hair up frequently. Try plaiting or wearing it low down instead
As others have mentioned clips or loosely styling so there is not as much pull. One other thing is using silk hair ties instead of the regular elastics, they cause less damage if you really need to tie it up. Silk pillowcases are meant to be great too so there's less friction on the already fragile hair!

I use a mask with castor oil and l have a mix with coconut oil and rosemary and cerdawood EO. Both oils are amazing for regrowing hair. The mix of oils l use sometimes after bath. You could try putting it up in a claw clip or loose plait to reduce the pressure on your scalp
