It took a few weeks but just go slow and honestly dresses or over sized tshirts were what I lived in cause taking off pants hurt like a bish
@Emmy omg yesss
It took the whole 6 weeks and I still have pelvic floor problems if I walk too long and I’m almost at 3 months
@Dien aww girl me too🥲🥲it hurts when i walk around the house still
2-3 weeks for me. it sucks but just give it time, keep it clean and rest a ton
Try a sitz bath with epsom salts and witch hazel. Worked wonders for me
Also 2 weeks for me. I rested and laid down more than sitting up. When I did sit up, I had a pillow underneath. It helps to have a recliner or just chill in bed. Aloe, witch hazel pads, and a perri bottle with cool water the first couple weeks than warm water after it heals. Air it out after showering. I also drank prune juice to reduce constipation. If you have help, I suggest asking for others to help you look after your LO, so you can rest. It was honestly a traumatic time for me but it’ll pass
I had a 2nd degree tear and at my 6 week appointment had granulation tissue treated with silver nitrate so that delayed my healing but can confidently say, after that I started to feel better.
It took me 2-3 weeks to start feeling normal down there. When it’s healing the stitches also get tugged so it is pretty uncomfortable until those stitches dissolve.
