My daughter even did it to my husband until recently. I don’t feel bad because the less people that hold her the least likely she is to get sick. Also she will learn through interactions between you and family members that they are a safe space.
Haven’t encountered this yet. My son is 2 😭
Literally all the time when he sees someone he doesn’t know 😂 he even cries sometimes at a guy on Ms. Rachel idk why but big crocodile tears and melt down everytime he sees this dude for the past two weeks haha
My daughter was the same but things improved as she grew up and I took her out a lot to parks etc. don’t worry about it
@sarah oh noooo 😂😂
my bb was literally fine with anyone holding him up until 9 months. Now he definitely gets stranger danger from baristas taking my order and he even gets stranger danger with grandparents and friends he used to fall asleep with when being held 🥲
You’re not the only one! My daughter is the same. Her pediatrician said it’s very developmentally normal at this age and important because this is how they learn who is a stranger and who isn’t.
