Sleep changes

My 11 week old seems like she’s going through some sort of regression. She was doing great with sleep - sleeping through the night or only getting up once, and napping well. The last few nights she’s back to waking every 3-4 hours and her naps are only lasting 30-40 minutes. She’s also way fussier around nap times. Any others going through this? Is it normal? Any suggestions? First time mom here.

My 11.5 week old is going through the same thing, my son did it too when he was her age, totally normal as frustrating as it is!! It’ll only last a little while, hang in there!

My son has been going through this too! Only taking 30-40 min naps, but I keep reminding myself that it’ll only last for a little while even though it seems like forever.

Yes! Going thru this now… idk what to do but could also use some advice!

Yes it's normal. I went through it....be prepared to continue going through it at times as they continue to grow.

Thanks girls! Glad to know we aren’t alone. Hope it doesn’t last too long though 🤞🏻

My girls 14 weeks nearly and I’m still going through this, I’m just telling myself it’s from her jabs last week..

Same here! Our night nurse told us it’s completely normal and should only last a few days. We’re letting him guide us with his cues to ensure he’s getting what he needs- more frequent daytime feeds, and 1-2 extra nighttime feeds if he’s hungry. I’ve noticed his wake windows are varying a bit for when he’s starting to get tired, too. We’ve got this!🤞

Not sure if you have ‘The Wonder Weeks’ app, but that has great information on them learning new skills which explains regressions.

@Megan I’ll check that out, thank you!

There is a really good app called wonder weeks. This tells you times of fussiness and times of ease. So far it’s been spot on - really makes you feel like you understand why issues are arising

@Megan has it been pretty accurate for you?
