Bedtime

So my girl sleeps mostly through the night. She goes down about 6:30 and wakes up 6:30ish. Just curious to know what time other 3 nearly 4 year olds go to bed at ? Feel like 6:30 is too early, but because she’s been sleeping through I haven’t tried changing it. However due to summer coming I’d like to try and push bedtime back a little to give more evening time.

My little boy is almost 4 and his bedtime was around half 8 (that was bathed and in bed for then) but he often didn’t fall asleep till after 9 and was a stressful bedtime. I pushed it back to 9 and he goes easily. It really depends on the child - if her bedtime is 6:30 you can always push their bedtime back half an hour and see what the impact is - you may find that the parks aren’t as busy in the evening and her bedtime of 6:30 isn’t leaving her left out of anything. But then this depends what you are planning to do with the additional evening time

In bed for 7 and sleeps until 7 the next morning.

My daughter goes to bed at 7pm and sleeps till 8am

My son (3 years old) hates sleeping, we started our negotiation at 7, put him a bed at 8, he sleeps at 8.30-8.40 . Wake up around 7 o’clock. Then after every 2/3 hours he called me 😭😭😭no nap too

7pm - 6am x

My son is 3.8yrs old and goes to bed at 7pm. If he has a nap in the car i say goodbye to my evening because he will be wired till 9pm sometimes later. He wakes every morning at 6:30am sometimes 7am if he’s feeling generous and he used to sleep through from 6:30-7am but started waking 2-4times a night around 2.5yrs and only sleeps through once in a blue moon- we’re exhausted! Although he has slept through 2 nights in a row now but im not holding my breath for tonight! Thankfully my 7m old sleeps through mostly 😅

7/7.30 - 7am

My 3 yrs 9m sleeps when she sleeps 😅 from birth we didn’t really have a routine as she never liked them/fall asleep. We tend to get her ready for bed between 8:30/9 and shell be down by 9:30 (usually) she comes to our room every night after 2/3 hours and sleeps until morning 🫣
