I’m 4 months pp and haven’t had any signs of a period yet

I only had a period in January

Spotting is normal. My doctor said you won’t get period until you stop breastfeeding.

I’m exclusively breastfeeding but I got my first period last month

I got my first period at about 10 weeks pp, but haven't had another one yet (now 16 weeks). Irregularity is very common, as is not having a period at all while breastfeeding. Everyone is different, but most people experience at least some level of irregular periods/no periods for at least a year pp while hormones continue to regulate and fall back to normal levels.

I haven’t gotten mine back yet. I had spotting a couple months ago but like very minimal. I can tell I ovulated this month though but still no signs of my period 🤷‍♀️
