Lansinoh ones 100% if you can afford them. If not I recommend the boots ultra slim ones. As the normal boots ones are very small x

If you’re not using reusable ones give them a go. Reusable ones are much more absorbent I’d say

I second reusable ones. I found them so much more comfortable too.

With my first I used the elvie catch collection cups, and I’ll be using again for this one too!!
