Not linking sleep cycles

Anyone else’s little one not linking sleep cycles? My LO will sleep great the first 30 mins of her nap and then will be up and will need to be resettled. I’ll have to pick her up to do this then I’ll put her back down and it can last anywhere from a few minutes to 20 minutes and she’s back up again. I feel like I’m spending my days in the bedroom resettling to make sure she’s sleeping well. I am slowly losing my mind. Any tips to help with this please?

I’m experiencing the same thing! Would love some tips 😬

In the same boat. I have to be there for my baby to sleep any decent amount of time during the day. I find sometimes after I've resettled her a couple of times for the first hour, she then goes into a deeper sleep for another hour or even more sometimes. But yep, half my days are spent in bed trying to keep my baby asleep 😩 I'm probably going to get help from a sleep consultant if it doesn't change on its own when she's closer to 6 months.

My baby was doing the same. I just went with it. Tried to fight it for a while but that's just how he sleeps It's difficult having him only do 30min day naps but he sleeps overnight so in a 24hr period he gets a good amount of sleep. We're going through the 4 month sleep regression at the moment so he's just started linking the cycles a little so now we're getting less day naps - slightly longer naps and longer wake periods

Same, 30 min max and he wakes up ready for the day again. Most of the times I cant even put him back to sleep, so I'm also just going with it (he sleeps ok overnight). He will have one contact nap with me after lunch which lasts for +/- 1h30min, and the others are 30min.

Same here. 30 minute naps during the day. However today after she slept for 20 mins and woke, I changed her nappy fed her again and settled her back to sleep, she end up sleeping for 1h40mins after that.
