We’ve had semi skimmed for a while.
Just out of interest what’s the benefit of switching to semi skimmed? I hadn’t even thought of it
@Lauren it’s what we drink 😂
We swapped to semi-skimmed at 2. As she's eating enough (only has milk before bed) x
My son does not eat enough food during the day so I'll stick to full fat for a while longer until he's willing to try more stuff/eat what I give him 🥴 he only had it in his wheatabix
My toddler is still on full milk, but she's thin for her age so that's why
NHS recommends full fat until age of 2, at least semi-skimmed until age 5, so switching to semi is fine (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/baby/weaning-and-feeding/what-to-feed-young-children/)
