Potty training question

I don't think my little boy is ready for potty training so I don't intend to start for a few months yet. But my question was, does your toddler poop "logs"?? Because mine doesn't and surely that would make going to the potty more tricky/messy? When should their poop be more log style? Sorry for the super gross question 😂

Yes they do but obviously if they sit in it before you change it wouldn’t stay that way x

Mine absolutely does not. When he started actively asking nursery over a year ago they kept sending him home with loose bowl movements - it took awhile for them to be convinced that was his normal 😂 We’ve bought the Naty potty that you line with flushable bags so there’ll be less mess 😊

Hahaha thanks ladies! Helpful to know these things and didn't know who else to ask 🙈

Mine doesn’t! She’s breastfed and eats a lot of fibre though so I don’t know if that contributes so it but they’re rarely lumps, usually mushy and that’s even if I change her nappy immediately
